About the Speaker:
Xochitl Monteon is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Aristocrat, where she leads the global evolution of information security strategy. She previously served as Intel’s Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance, and has held leadership roles at McAfee and PayPal.

With more than 30 years of experience, she has been recognized with honors such as the HITECH 100 (2024–2025), the Exceptional Woman Alliance Award, and the CSO 40 Award. She actively serves on advisory boards, including UNLV Cybersecurity, EWA Emeritus, and NightDragon Advisory, and is a member of both the Latino Corporate Directors Association and Women in STEM.
