Eric Eisenberg – Casino Marketing Executive, Park MGM
With over 25 years of dynamic experience in the hospitality and casino industries, Eric has made a significant impact in various leadership roles. He previously served as the Regional Director of Hotel Operations for Boyd Gaming in Las Vegas. Eric’s expertise extends to leading hotel operations for resorts in Florida and regional casinos in Louisiana, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Eric also has extensive experience as a Casino Marketing and Player Development Executive at The Venetian, Harrah’s, Caesars Palace, and Hard Rock. Most recently, he returned to the MGM Resorts family at Luxor, Park MGM and NoMad, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.
A proud graduate of the Harrah College of Hospitality at UNLV, Eric continues to give back to his alma mater as the President of the Hotel Alumni Association. In his spare time, Eric and his wife Stacey enjoy traveling, cruising, and are avid foodies, binge-watching great shows and movies and attending live concerts.

Cici Zhang is the CEO of Elite Displays and Yaham LED US, a second-generation, family-run company that has quietly become the primary force behind the visual evolution of the Las Vegas Strip. A Las Vegas native, CCSD alum, and graduate of UNLV’s Lee Business School, Cici has spent the last six years transforming her family’s legacy from the first US distributor for Yaham LED into a premier, fully integrated global solutions provider.
Under Cici’s leadership, her company has captured a dominant 65% market share of large-scale LED installations in the local market. Her portfolio includes the city’s most ambitious digital landmarks, most notably the revolutionary Resorts World digital landscape, the massive LINQ Promenade Pylon Marquee, and the Hard Rock Cafe’s iconic digital exterior and custom LED guitar. Her work defines the guest experience at world-class properties including Encore, Wynn, The Venetian, and the Forum Shops.
Beyond the neon of Nevada, Cici’s influence extends worldwide, powering high-impact environments for the Vancouver Canucks (NHL), Vanderbilt University, and premier retail destinations like Scottsdale Fashion Square. As a prominent female AAPI leader, Cici is redefining the intersection of technology and storytelling. By offering turnkey, highly customized LED environments, she has positioned Elite Displays at the forefront of experiential innovation, shaping how global destinations engage audiences through the future of light and motion.
