The Las Vegas chapter of Young Risk Professionals (YRP) is part of a national organization founded in 2024, built to support and elevate the next generation of leaders in the risk and insurance industry.

Grounded in three core pillars-Networking, Mentoring, and Education-YRP creates opportunities for emerging professionals to connect, grow their knowledge, and advance their careers.

YRP Las Vegas brings this mission to life by fostering meaningful relationships among brokers, underwriters, risk managers, claims professionals, and other insurance‑focused individuals across Southern Nevada. Members gain access to a collaborative community, industry leaders, and events designed to build confidence and sharpen technical skills.
