Meet the Panelist:

Kristen Banks is an industry veteran who has spent years marketing sports and entertainment businesses. As the head of Marketing for the Las Vegas Raiders, Banks is tasked with developing the brand strategy and marketing objectives for audience growth and fan development. Banks’s team is responsible for Creative, Photography, Marketing Communications, Marketing Technology, and Stadium Tours. Her group serves as the internal ad agency for Raiders and working closely with Raiders’ brand partners to generate promotional opportunities in Las Vegas, and abroad.
Before joining the Raiders Organization, Banks was the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Products at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) since 2015. In her role with the UFC, Banks was responsible for the growth, and marketing of UFC Pay-Per-View, broadcast programming, and UFC FIGHT PASS, UFC’s digital streaming network to fans in over 152 countries. Moving from Florida, she supported Consumer Brand Marketing and Global Promotions at NBCUniversal/Comcast. Here Banks worked on several high-profile releases including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic World, and Rise of Minions, along with several on-location productions of Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show, Access Hollywood, and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway on BT in the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Florida Southern College and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Marketing Analytics from the University of Denver.
