Celebrating Las Vegas Technology & Innovation

SAP Connect Las Vegas 2026 is scheduled for October 5–7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and Resorts World Las Vegas. Organized by SAP, the conference combines several line-of-business programs under one event, including tracks for customer experience, finance, procurement and spend management, human resources, and supply chain operations. The audience includes business executives, department leaders, technology teams, consultants, SAP customers, and invited partners responsible for selecting, implementing, or managing enterprise applications. Attendance is restricted to adults age 21 and older, and registration requires an SAP.com account.
The program is structured around business presentations, product demonstrations, show-floor exhibits, keynotes, breakout sessions, and meetings with SAP specialists and participating partners. Sessions examine how SAP applications, data services, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence are used across different business functions. The format allows attendees to follow a subject-specific track while also attending general sessions that address broader product strategy. SAP states that a full conference registration includes the business presentations, session offerings, demonstrations, food and beverages provided on the show floor, and scheduled evening events. There is no show-floor-only or single-day attendee pass. A separate SAP Partner Summit is scheduled for October 5 at Resorts World for eligible partner and sponsor badge holders, with a limited standalone registration option.
The 2026 edition expands the physical footprint used by the event. SAP identifies the Las Vegas Convention Center, Fontainebleau, and Resorts World as official conference venues, with show-floor hours on October 6 and 7. The event is intended to support both strategic and technical evaluation: executives can follow product direction and business cases, while practitioners and implementation teams can review demonstrations, customer examples, and sessions focused on particular SAP systems. Because several programs operate concurrently, the published agenda and venue assignment for each session are important parts of planning an individual schedule.
SAP introduced SAP Connect as a unified event in Las Vegas in October 2025. SAP described that first edition as a replacement for several solution-specific conferences, bringing previously separate programs into a common structure while retaining dedicated subject tracks. The inaugural conference ran October 6–8, 2025 at Fontainebleau and Resorts World. SAP’s official news coverage identified it as the inaugural SAP Connect event and documented product announcements covering enterprise applications, data, and artificial intelligence. The 2026 meeting is therefore the second edition under the SAP Connect name and remains in Las Vegas, while adding the Las Vegas Convention Center to the two resort venues used in 2025.
SAP Connect uses three sites on the north end of the Las Vegas resort corridor. The Las Vegas Convention Center is operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and provides large exhibit halls, meeting rooms, registration areas, and on-site transportation connections. Fontainebleau and Resorts World combine guest rooms with conference facilities used for sessions, partner activity, and related functions. SAP plans complimentary shuttle service among all three venues throughout the event. Badge pickup is available at Fontainebleau and Resorts World beginning before the main show-floor schedule, with an additional pickup location in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall on October 6 and 7.
