The Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) was established to promote a vibrant, innovative, and sustainable economy in Nevada. Its mission is to create high-quality jobs for Nevadans. GOED focuses on cohesive economic development, education and workforce development, and catalyzing innovation in key sectors like advanced manufacturing, technology, energy, health, logistics, and startups/venture capital. Additionally, GOED works on expanding global engagement and supporting targeted regional sectors and opportunities.
