Each section will cover at a very high-level the fundamentals of corporate taxation while providing founders information on areas they need to be aware of during their tax planning and compliance process. The goal of the presentation is to provide an overview of the US corporate tax system, how it works, how to minimize their tax bill, and plan for the future as their business grows.
