Currently, Faye’s a fractional COO for a number of scaling startups and VCs. She’s helped these companies overcome operational hurdles, drive team performance, increase revenue, and successfully make it to the next stage in their journey which ranges from securing another fundraising round, reaching profitability, or hiring a full-time COO.
