75% of enterprises have between 2 – 5 business processes in common with at least one, often more than one partner at the same time. This challenge cannot be addressed with current ERP systems.

However, combining the latest Web3 technologies (zkEVM Layer 2 scaling solutions on public Ethereum using a modified version of [Hyperledger Besu](https://github.com/hyperledger/besu)) with enterprise-level secure infrastructure and access control allows hundreds or even thousands of enterprises to interoperate together seamlessly without being able to see each other’s data, and without leaking business-sensitive information in the public domain.

This not only generates significant cost reductions but allows new business collaborations as digital cooperatives that offer new bundled digital services to customers.
