**Pinging all Devs**! This is an open hack session to work on our Dev Skill Tree.
**What is the dev skill tree**?
The **dev skill tree** is a mind map of necessary skills required to achieve strategic abilities in **web development** and **blockchain development**, from basic skills such as **building your first dApp**, to advanced ones like how to **launch a custom blockchain**.
With the **skill tree** we can also **gamify learning**, and motivate masses of **developers** to **participate**.
We envision the **Dev Skill Tree** will form the basis of **developer learning journeys**, and organize existing and new **tutorials**. **Developers from beginner to expert**, **can learn in a well laid out path**, and **always be able to identify** and **fill in the gaps in their knowledge and skill**
