SUMMARY:Building Strong Client Relationships
DESCRIPTION:Building Strong Client Relationships and Setting Boundaries\nIn the fast-paced Las Vegas marketing landscape\, building strong client relationships is the difference between a one-off project and a decade-long partnership. But how do you stay agile and responsive to client needs without sacrificing your team’s boundaries or the project’s strategic integrity? \nJoin AMA Las Vegas for our April luncheon as we go “behind the curtain” of high-stakes account management. We’re moving beyond basic customer service to explore the “High Life” of professional partnerships—where empathy meets authority\, and clear boundaries actually lead to deeper trust. \nWhether you are agency-side\, a solo consultant\, or an in-house lead managing internal stakeholders\, this session will provide you with the scripts\, strategies\, and psychological insights needed to navigate the most complex client dynamics. \nMeet Our Moderator \n\nCrissie Bown moved to Las Vegas in 2004 to attend the University of Nevada\, Las Vegas\, where her passion for media first took root. In Fall 2023\, Crissie purchased Henderson City Lifestyle Magazine\, where she now serves as Owner and Publisher. In this role\, she combines her expertise in marketing with her passion for storytelling and community connection. Crissie works closely with local leaders\, business owners\, and creatives to highlight the people and stories that make Henderson a vibrant and special place to live.
