DESCRIPTION:The “Next Generation” is no longer just a future projection—they are the primary spenders\, tastemakers\, and trendsetters in the Las Vegas market. Join AMA Las Vegas for an interactive mixer and high-stakes panel discussion as we dive into the psychology\, digital habits\, and values-based decision-making of Gen Z and Millennials. \nWhether you’re marketing a global resort\, a local sports franchise\, or a boutique consultancy\, understanding these “experiential-first” generations is the key to winning in 2026. \nMeet Our Moderator\n\nEspen Hild is the current Co-President of UNLV American Marketing Association (AMA)\, an award-winning and top-ranking AMA chapter internationally\, and is a senior at UNLV majoring in Real Estate and minoring in Finance\, graduating in Spring 2026. Espen currently works in commercial real estate brokerage at MDL Group\, combining marketing\, business\, and finance skills learned during his time at UNLV. \nWorking with business owners and retail property owners has given Espen a unique perspective on consumer behavior\, specifically through the effect it has on demand for commercial real estate and the built environment. Changing consumer behaviors\, especially with younger generations\, are forcing retailers to adapt quickly\, and as someone who is in Gen-Z himself\, Espen has seen firsthand what the next generation of consumers demands in the current marketing and overall business landscape. \nA native Nevadan\, being born in Reno\, Espen moved to Mesquite in 2018 and has been in Clark County ever since. Espen also enjoys reading about Las Vegas history and gives tours of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas\, taking pride in being a resident of the greatest city in the world – Las Vegas! \nMeet Our Panelists\n\nRamhae Andrea Awit is a marketing student at the University of Nevada\, Las Vegas and the current Co-President of UNLV American Marketing Association. Originally from Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands\, Ramhae moved to Las Vegas to pursue higher education and expand her opportunities. \nShe works in professional sports marketing\, helping drive brand expansion and support market integration during a defining chapter for Las Vegas athletics.
